Moron alert
What a moron. This guy needs to get thrown out of the Nebraska legislature ASAP.
“The court itself acknowledges the existence of God,” Chambers said Wednesday. “A consequence of that acknowledgment is a recognition of God’s omniscience.”
See, stupid shit like this is where logical fallacies get perpetuated. IF the court had even recognized God as an entity, it’s a fallacy to say that that instantly implies omniscience. It doesn’t.
Plus, how is this any different than suing “Bob”. You can’t sue “Bob” because “Bob” isn’t an entity. “Bob Jones” is an entity. But “Bob” is not. “Bob” is undefined.
You can’t charge somebody with “Assault”, you have to charge them for an incident of assault, “Assault on August 4th” for example. Otherwise a repeat offender would get off the hook due to double-jeopardy. Ambiguity is not tolerated in the justice system.
Anyway, this guy is a moron and I hope God files one hell of a counter-suit, if you know what I mean.
